 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very helpful but unable to  find a solution to the problem of access to a rental property. The property was empty and as I do not live in the UK or have relatives near to help out, I was unable to arrange for engineers to attend to carry out work on my Combi Boiler.Although it is not always convenient  to collect keys from an agent it would have been a solution. On the  occasion when I was able to be present the work was undertaken in a methodical and professional manner.
