Terms and Conditions

Promoter: ABCOTUK LIMITED, t/a Euro Boiler Parts & Electric Combi Boilers Company. Company Number: 03397480, VAT Number: 714395825. Address: Green Acres, Oakley Green Road, Windsor, SL4 4QF. Tel: 01628 636 099 / 02089982024, (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These terms govern two separate promotions running in parallel: a consumer offer (the “Consumer Offer”) and an installer offer (the “Installer Offer”) (together, the “Promotions”). By participating in either Promotion you accept these terms.

1. Definitions and interpretation

1.1 In these terms:

• “Amazon Gift Card” means an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to the value of £100, issued by Amazon EU S.à r.l., awarded under the Consumer Offer.
• “Consumer Offer” means the offer described in Part A, claimed using the code HOME100.
• “End User” means a person purchasing a Qualifying Boiler for their own domestic use and not in the course of a business, trade or profession, and who is not a Registered Installer.
• “Installer Offer” means the offer described in Part B, claimed using the code SHOW200.
• “Promotional Period” means 00:00 on 1 July 2026 to 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (UK time) inclusive.
• “Purchase” means a completed order for a Qualifying Boiler placed and paid for through the Website during the Promotional Period. The Purchase date is the date of the order confirmation. [CONFIRM: order date vs. dispatch/delivery date. Order date is cleaner and is what the 30-day registration window below runs from — but only if your systems timestamp it reliably.]
• “Qualifying Boiler” means a new boiler in the following ranges only: ELEKTRA SMART (SMART EASY BPC 12kW, SMART EASY BPC 8kW, SMART EASY BPC6kW, SMART EASY BPL 12kW, SMART EASY C 12kW, SMART EASY N 12kW  and SMART EASY C 24kW) and GUIVAL SMALL (Small C 12kW, Small BPL 12kW, Small N 12kW). Accessories, spares and any other product are excluded.
• “Registered Installer” means a person or business enrolled and validated on the Promoter’s installer register at the time of Purchase.
• “Website” means electriccombiboilerscompany.com and smartelectricboiler.co.uk. 

1.2 Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”.

2. General terms (both Promotions)

2.1 The Promotions are open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over. 

2.2 Each Promotion requires the applicable promotional code to be entered at checkout on the Website. The Consumer Offer code (HOME100) is publicly available. The Installer Offer code is issued only to Registered Installers and is not published.

2.3 The two Promotions cannot be combined. Neither code may be used with the other, nor with any other discount, trade or account pricing, promotional code, voucher or offer.

2.4 The maximum discount per Purchase is £100 under the Consumer Offer or £200 under the Installer Offer. 

2.5 We may verify eligibility, Purchase and (for the Consumer Offer) installation and registration before awarding any benefit. Providing false or misleading information, or attempting to manipulate either Promotion, will disqualify the participant and entitle us to withhold or recover any benefit given.

2.6 We will conduct the Promotions in accordance with the CAP Code (12th edition), in particular the fair-dealing obligation in rule 8.2 and the requirement to avoid giving justifiable grounds for complaint (rule 8.14).

PART A — CONSUMER OFFER (HOME100)

3. What the Consumer Offer is

3.1 An End User who makes a Purchase during the Promotional Period and enters HOME100 at checkout will receive:

(a) £100 off the price of the Qualifying Boiler, applied at checkout (“the Discount“); and

(b) a £100 Amazon Gift Card, for which the End User qualifies on compng valid Registration under clause 4 (“the Gift“).

3.2 The Discount and the Gift are two separate £100 benefits. The Discount is applied immediately at checkout. The Gift is not automatic — it must be claimed by Registration and is subject to the conditions in clause 4.

3.3 The Consumer Offer is available to End Users only. It is not available to Registered Installers, to any person purchasing in the course of a business, trade or profession, or on any trade or reseller account (see clause 9).

4. Claiming the Gift — Registration and installation

4.1 To qualify for the Gift, the End User must register the Qualifying Boiler within 30 days of the Purchase date at https://electriccombiboilerscompany.com/register-your-warranty/ , providing the required proof of Purchase and installation details.

4.2 The Gift is conditional on the Promoter confirming that the Qualifying Boiler has been installed within 30 days of purchase and correctly installed, meaning installed:

(a) by a suitably qualified and, where required by law, registered competent person;

(b) in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions and guidelines; and

(c) in compliance with all applicable Building Regulations and electrical safety requirements (including, in England and Wales, Part P of the Building Regulations).

4.3 We will assess each Registration and notify the End User of the outcome within [15] Working Days. Where the criteria in clause 4.2 are met, we will issue the Amazon Gift Card within [45] days of the Purchase date, or if later, within 30 days of confirming valid Registration (consistent with CAP rule 8.28.3). 

4.4 We may decline to award the Gift only where the qualifying criteria in clauses 3.1, 3.3, 4.1 and 4.2 are not met. Where we decline, we will tell the End User why.

5. Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms

5.1 The Gift is an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card issued by Amazon EU S.à r.l. and is subject to Amazon’s own terms.

5.2 Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards can be redeemed only towards purchases of eligible products on www.amazon.co.uk. Restrictions apply — see amazon.co.uk/gc-legal for complete terms.

5.3 The Gift is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. We may, where the stated Amazon Gift Card is unavailable, substitute a gift card of equivalent value (CAP rule 8.17.6). 

PART B — INSTALLER OFFER (SHOW200)

6. What the Installer Offer is

6.1 A Registered Installer who makes a Purchase during the Promotional Period and enters SHOW200 at checkout will receive £200 off the price of each Qualifying Boiler.

6.2 The Installer Offer is available to Registered Installers only. The code will be validated at checkout against the Promoter’s installer register; a Purchase on an account that is not a validated Registered Installer will not receive the discount.

6.3 The Installer Offer confers the price discount only. Registered Installers are not eligible for the Amazon Gift Card, which is a consumer benefit under Part A.

6.4 End-user promotions (including the Consumer Offer) do not apply to purchases made by Registered Installers or in the course of trade.

 

7. Eligibility, exclusivity and anti-abuse (both Promotions)

7.1 HOME100 is for End Users only. It is not valid on any Purchase made by a Registered Installer or in the course of a business, trade or profession. Where we identify that HOME100 has been used on such a Purchase, we may (a) withhold the Gift and (b) treat the Discount as recoverable as a debt.

7.2 SHOW200 is for Registered Installers only and is void if used by any other person.

7.3 We reserve the right to disqualify any participant, and to withhold or recover any Discount or Gift, where we reasonably believe a Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or claimed other than in accordance with these terms.

 

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

8.1 Nothing in these terms affects an End User’s statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other non-excludable statutory right.

8.2 If a Purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded (whether under the 2013 Regulations or otherwise), the entitlement to the Discount and the Gift falls away. If the Gift has already been issued, its value may be deducted from any refund or recovered as a debt.

 

9. Data protection

9.1 We process participants’ personal data to administer the Promotions, verify eligibility, confirm installation and Registration, issue the Gift, and prevent abuse — including cross-checking Consumer Offer Registrations against the installer register to confirm End User eligibility.

9.2 We process this data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our lawful bases are the performance of the promotional contract and our legitimate interests in preventing misuse. Full details are in our privacy notice at https://electriccombiboilerscompany.com/terms-and-conditions/ .

10. Tax

10.1 Participants are responsible for any personal tax arising from their participation. For most End Users no tax liability arises on a promotional gift; Registered Installers should account for the Discount in their own tax affairs .

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for: the acts or omissions of any third-party installer; the unavailability of the Website; or any matter caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Amendment, suspension and withdrawal

12.1 We may amend, suspend or withdraw a Promotion only where it is necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control, and we will not do so in a way that unfairly disadvantages participants who have already participated in good faith on the original terms (consistent with CAP rules 8.17.4.e and the fair-dealing obligation in 8.2).

13. General

13.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. 

13.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

13.3 These terms do not create any third-party rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, save that Amazon EU S.à r.l. may rely on clause 5.
