FLAT · NO GAS SUPPLY · LISTED EXTERIOR

Replacing failing electrics in a leasehold flat with no gas riser

Single-bedroom flat in a Mayfair conversion building. The freeholder doesn’t allow flue penetrations on the listed exterior, and there’s no gas supply to the unit — making electric the only viable option for a like-for-like combi swap.
  • THE CHALLENGE
No gas, listed exterior preventing flue work, freeholder restrictions, and a tenant needing hot water restored same day.
  • THE SOLUTION
