Electric Combi Boilers have fewer moving parts than a gas boiler and thus don’t require annual servicing but to make sure your electric combi boiler is working reliably, efficiently and safely we recommend you to service your boiler every 2 YEARS.
We offer a Boiler Service Subscription Plan for ELEKTRA EK range and ELEKTRA Smart range owners. When you sign up for a Subscription Plan, you’ll get a reminder every time your boiler needs a service making sure your home and your boiler are always protected.

Priced based on distance from Windsor.
Bookable for morning or afternoon slots.
Payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
Available for urgent same-day or weekend needs.
Pricing is similar to Standard Callouts, based on distance.
Choose from morning or afternoon appointment slots.
The cost of call-outs and boiler services does not include parts.
A cancellation fee applies for cancellations after 12 PM on the day before the booking.
